The Power of Dough
Its sticky. It's messy. But just when you think it wont come together, it forms beautifully. Pastry dough can be intimidating but if you stick with it, I promise you it will come together. Water, flour, salt and perhaps butter. It may look like a shaggy mess but the warmth of your hands can keep it alive.
